17. Jesus Ain’t Com’n

Jesus Ain’t Com’n in 2011—-2012—-13 or 14.

     Jesus ain’t com’n : In modern evangelical Prophecy circles, it is broadly taught that Jesus could return at any moment. Year by year, poles are taken among American Christians regarding their opinion of the likelihood of Jesus returning in this year or the next or the next. History has consistently proven them wrong. There is no need for their error or personal embarrassment simply because there are so many Biblical barriers to their expectations. Both Old and New Testaments foil their folly. There are many identifiable MARKERS that precede the return of Jesus. It is clear that no man knows the day nor hour of his coming, but we are cautioned to KNOW THE WATCH;

Matt 24:37-46

37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 But know this, that if the Goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

IN THE DAYS OF NOAH

It is a common claim in modern Prophecy circles, that the previous verse conclusively proves that the return of Christ [Rapture] is an imminent event. They believe that the FOCAL POINT of the passage is the fact that the people of Noah’s day were GOING ABOUT THEIR DAILY BUSINESS and that fact does not at all look like the conditions of the Great Tribulation. Therefore, a Post Tribulation rapture does not fit into the “Noah Reference”. The focal point of the story of Noah is NOT that people were going about their daily affairs and suddenly it began to rain. The focal point regarding the days of Noah is that “the Earth was filled with violence” and that violence continued right up to the point that God SHUT THE DOOR and it began to rain. The fact that earth’s people “KNEW NOT UNTIL THE FLOOD CAME” is NOT the point of the passage. The point of the passage is that every man was IGNORING the obvious sign. Noah was building a gigantic sea going vessel WHERE THERE WAS NO SEA and NO RAIN! They were consciously ignoring the very SIGN that God had given the world. They mocked the Man of God as he faithfully executed God’s command to build an ARK. The very word “imminent” means “without preceding signs or indicators”. Isn’t it obvious that there was an enormous SIGN in Noah’s day? The clear message of Matthew 24;37-46 is to KNOW THE SIGNS of his coming. Just as the FLOOD was not “imminent”, neither is the Rapture of the Church. The Flood of Noah’s day could not have come at “ANY MOMENT”. It could not have come until the Ark was completed! The flood was not “imminent” until God SHUT THE DOOR of the Ark! The RAPTURE is not imminent until the very last identifiable sign has occurred. It is up to us to know the watch.

1 Thess 5:1-7

5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.

This portion of scripture has been completely ROBBED of its meaning and essence. Verse 2 has been lifted from context to support the notion that Jesus will come as a THIEF to the Church, even in light of Luke 21;28—-“when you SEE all these things come to pass, LOOK UP, your redemption draweth nigh”. The scripture reaches the point of redundancy in this matter—-the resurrection/rapture will not take place until all preceding signs and indicators have been fully accomplished. Jesus ain’t com’n -—till all prophesied events take place

Rev 3:3

3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

The convincing admonition to this verse is completely opposite to that which is taught today. This verse tells us “IF THOU SHALT NOT WATCH” then Christ will come upon you like a thief. As the scripture says—-we are to be “SO DOING” at the time of his coming. There is a universal COUNTDOWN in scripture that will stand as Cosmic TRAFFIC SIGNS that bring us closer and closer to the MAIN EXIT!

Now we will look closer at some TIME SPECIFIC passages that provide us with enough information to prevent us from making ridiculous calculations  regarding the “rapture”. If you were looking for my house and I told you specifically to go to the fourth light and turn right at the Baptist Church, should I be surprised if you got lost because you turned left at the bowling alley at the third signal? Yet that is exactly what is going on in the Church today. The information is explicit and abundant and yet clouded by modern eschatology. Everything is perceived through the eyes of such as Hal Lindsay,  Grant Jeffries, not to forget Thomas Ice, Tim LaHaye, and Zola Levit —–the list goes on and on. These men are the Prophets of a one hundred seventy five year old Church heresy, yet their words stand in higher regard than the very words of Jesus who said “Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days” [Matt. 24]. Jesus ain’t com’n until the Tribulation has run it’s course.

Was Daniel confused?

Dan 12:1

12:1 “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people-everyone whose name is found written in the book-will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”

5 Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank. 6 One of them said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long will it be before these astonishing things are full”?

7 The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed.”

8 I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?”

9 He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end. 10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.

11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.

13 “As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance.”

These two passages stand as MIRROR entries from the Old and New Testaments. They both speak specifically of the Great Tribulation—a future event. They speak of the resurrection of the dead and the rewards awaiting the righteous at that time. They speak of the glory of eternity.

  • Daniel 12;1—-the Great Tribulation
  • Daniel 12;2-3–the resurrection of the dead and eternity
  • Daniel 12;13—-rewards for the righteous
  • Daniel 12;6-7, 11-13—-time parameters for the Great Tribulation
  • Daniel 12;9 and 13—-at the end of the age
  • Rev. 11;15-19—the LAST TRUMP, millennial reign pronounced
  • Rev. 11; 18—resurrection and rewards to the PROPHETS/SAINTS
  • Jesus ain’t com’n till the Last Trump

                       judgment of the Earth.

So here are particulars to coming events in Chronological order as presented in the context of these two great passages, plus a few additional supportive verses. These are clearly post-tribulation events [Rev 20;4-7]. To deny so is to stand in blatant opposition to God’s Word.

  •  the Last [7th] trump [I Cor. 15;52----Matt 24;31----Rev 11:15-18]

1. Rev.11:15-18

15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

2. the resurrection/ rapture of the righteous [I Cor.4;15-18]

3. rewards to the saints [II Tim.4;8, I Peter 5;4., Rev.11:18, Rev. 22;12]

The LENGTH of the Great Tribulation

Daniel 12

12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

Daniel 12;11-13

11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.

13 “As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance.”

A MIRROR IMAGE in the New Testament

Rev 12:13-13:1

13 When the dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. 14 The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the desert, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent’s reach. 15 Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. 16 But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. 17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring-those who obey God’s commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus.

Rev 11:2

2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

Rev 13:5

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

Rev 11:3

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

There is much talk today of “SEVEN YEARS OF TRIBULATION, but the Bible says no such thing. As witnessed by the preceding words, there will be THREE AND ONE HALF YEARS of tribulation which is initiated by ONE EVENT—–that event is the Abomination spoken of by the Prophet Daniel [Daniel 12,Matthew 24, II Thess. 2, and Rev. 12;7]. Since the preponderance of evidence overwhelmingly supports a POST-TRIBULATION resurrection/rapture, then of inherent necessity, Jesus cannot return in 2011, 2012, 2013. He will return following the Great Tribulation. He will return and gather his ELECT at the LAST [7th] TRUMP [Rev 11;15], and NOT BEFORE.

Rev 20:4-6

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Let’s stop playing games with God’s words. This little portion of scripture [Rev 20;4-7] eliminates any possibility of a RAPTURE before the LAST TRUMP! These five little words [this is the first resurrection] DESTROY the doctrine of the world’s  greatest modern day Eschatologists, and cause the “LEFT BEHIND” book series to be BIBLICALLY———LEFT BEHIND! It’s time to grow up. It’s time to stop this guessing game about the return of Christ.

The LAST DAY

In modern eschatological theology it is broadly taught that the GATHERING of the Church is an imminent event; in that the Church could be gathered together to be with Christ at any moment. In addition to this doctrine, it is purported that this “imminent” event has been so since the Day of Pentecost in 30 ad. This lesson is one of many to discharge this doctrine as a one hundred seventy five year old heresy. Let’s see what the New Testament says about the matter.

What Jesus had to say about the LAST DAY

John 6:39-45

39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

41 The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.

42 And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?

43 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves.

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

  • Jesus ain’t com’n till the Last Day

John 6:54-55

54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

What the saints under the OLD COVENANT believed———

John 11:22-25

22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.

23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.

24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

John 12:48-49

48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

According to the word of God, there is no possibility of a “resurrection” until——--The LAST DAY! This alone eliminates any possibility of an imminent Rapture! Can we stop this insanity? Can we trust two thousand years of orthodoxy? Jesus ain’t com’n -—–till the Last Day

Babylon MUST FALL

Brace yourselves folks—-there will be no RAPTURE/RESURRECTION before BABYLON FALLS. The book of Revelation clearly reveals this to anyone who will simply sit down and read it.

1 The gospel will be preached in all the earth

2 Babylon will fall

3 The empire of the BEAST will rise

Rev 14:6-10

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

Rev 17:15-18

15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

TAKE YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE SAND

Jesus Ain’t Comn’, today, TOMORROW, NEXT WEEK, MONTH . YEAR !

It cannot be. The Great Tribulation will follow the destruction of Mystery Babylon. The rapture/resurrection will occur immediately AFTER the Tribulation of those days [Dan.12. Matt.24, Mark 13. Luke 21, Rev 20;4-7]. Your opinion of WHO Mystery Babylon is, does not matter regarding this study. You need only to know that MYSTERY BABYLON will fall before the GREAT TRIBULATION begins. The Bible calls us to ENDURE TO THE END!

HE THAT OVERCOMES——–and ENDURES TO THE END

NT:——overcome

nikao (nik-ah’-o); from NT:3529; to subdue (literally or figuratively):

KJV – conquer, overcome, prevail, get the victory.

1 John 5:4-6

4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

Rev 2:7-8

7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Rev 2:11-12

11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Rev 2:17-18

17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Rev 2:26-27

26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Rev 3:5-6

5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. [White Raiment—Rev 7:9-14 these are those that came out of GREAT TRIBULATION]

Rev 3:12-13

12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Rev 3:21-4:1

21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Rev 21:7

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

HE THAT ENDURES

NT:5278—endure

hupomeno (hoop-om-en’-o); from NT:5259 and NT:3306; to stay under (behind), i.e. remain; figuratively, to undergo, i.e. bear (trials), have fortitude, persevere:

KJV – abide, endure, (take) patient (-ly), suffer, tarry behind.

Matt 10:22-23

22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Matt 24:13-15

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Mark 13:13-14

13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

NT:4035—–”remain”

perileipo (per-ee-li’-po); from NT:4012 and NT:3007; —-to leave all around, i.e. (passively) survive:

KJV – remain.

1 Thess 4:15-18

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain [perileipo-"survive"] unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain [perileipo-"survive"] shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

There are quite literally hundreds of scriptures that clearly dismiss the DOCTRINE OF IMMINENCE and place clear BIBLICAL PARAMETERS  to the “COMING OF THE LORD”. It will not happen today, next year, the year after that or the year after that. It will happen after that latest of Biblical signs come to pass.

Brace yourselves folks—-there will be no RAPTURE/RESURRECTION before BABYLON FALLS, the GREAT TRIBULATION IS TERMINATED and the great COSMIC EVENTS of Matt. 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, Rev.6 under the sixth seal occur. The book of Revelation clearly reveals this to anyone who will simply sit down and read it.

1 The gospel will be preached in all the earth

2 Babylon will fall in one hour

3 The empire of the BEAST will rise. The beast will prevail for 3 1/2 years

Matt 24:26-31

26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the desert,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

29 “Immediately after the distress of those days

  • “‘the sun will be darkened,
  • and the moon will not give its light;
  • the stars will fall from the sky,
  • and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

30 At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

This is the way it will happen—- Brother Danny    [copywrite]
